These Terms and Conditions of Use determine the contractual terms applicable to any subscription made by an Advertiser via their Personal Account from the Website and Mobile Site of Animal.com.pk.

Acknowledgement

Any utilization of the website by an Advertiser signifies complete acceptance of the current Terms.

Liability

Animal.com.pk cannot be held accountable for any non-execution or improper execution of obligatory control, whether due to the Advertiser or an event of force majeure.

Alteration of Terms

Animal.com.pk retains the right to modify the entirety or portion of these Terms and Conditions at any given time.

Advertisers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about any modifications.

Additional Points

If any part of these Terms proves to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the concerned provisions would be considered null and void, without impacting the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to be applicable between Advertisers and Animal.com.pk.
